Serbia is immensely grateful to Japan that he found himself as the only true and sincere friend to our people suffering ten years of sanctions and unjust war and their donations to schools, health care facilities such as medical devices and direct financial assistance and also in the restoration of transportation equipment, dilapidated and destroyed by the war.
This generously offered hand much it meant and means to my people.
